What are the items of ROHS2.0 environmental certification testing and testing

Products that need to be exported to the EU are currently subject to ROHS environmental certification version 2.0. The old version requires 6 tests. However, starting from July 22, 19, the products are required to be tested for 10 items.

ROHS2.0 environmental certification is applicable to 27 EU member states including the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Cyprus, and France.

Before sending the product for testing, the manufacturer or manufacturer needs to disassemble and package the products to be inspected in advance, and mark the name and number of the product on each packaged bag. In principle, each part The required weight for testing is 10-20 grams for solids and 10-20 mg for liquids. The old version is to detect 6 heavy metals. The new ROHS2.0 environmental protection certification is in addition to the original 6 metal detections. 4 new o-benzenes are added, namely DEHP, BBP, DBP, DIBP (the limit is not more than 1000PPM)

After the relevant products are submitted for inspection, the professional laboratory will split the products into a single material (uniform material) for testing, including lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) After waiting for the six hazardous substances to meet the requirements of the RoHS directive, if they meet the requirements, a RoHS conformity report and certificate will be obtained. If they do not meet the requirements, another qualified product must be replaced. Before sending the products for inspection, the manufacturer must disassemble and package the products for inspection in detail in advance, and mark the product name and number on each package. In principle, the weight required for each component inspection is: solid 10- 20 grams, 10-20 mg of liquid.
