FDA inquiry
FDA inquiry method:
Open the browser, enter the FDA query in the search bar, and select the website as shown below.
After opening the website, click on the "menu" in the upper right corner of the website, and then select "Medical Devices". After the page jumps, slide down to find "Device Registration and Listing Database" and click on it, and then click on the "510(k)s" on the right
The following screen appears:
1. After entering the FDA registration and certification page, the left side is the query methods such as company name and product name, such as: Establishment or Trade Name column, just enter the English name of the company to query.
2. On the right is to use the company's FDA registration number to query the registered company information, such as: Registration or FEINumber column, you need to enter the company's registration number to query.
Finding method: Applicant Name: Enter olympus to search quickly: Click Quick Search in the lower left corner to enter the following screen:

FDA certification query method:
The method to enter the page below is the same as the query method above.
The following screen appears:

If you need to retrieve 180 products, enter in the search box: olympus 180 and click Search to enter, you can find the relevant results.
